    Apologies for the delay on this. It was passed to our techs and they did respond to us but the request wasn't updated. This was the response

    The customer can configure it themselves as this feature is related to the web server. I have just enabled it t the apache level to store IPs in apache log(how it is described here):  https://community.rackspace.com/products/f/25/t/211
    Also, this thing works in case if proxy add this header. In my case it does't, so I see proxy IP and not real customer IP.

    So just to clarify - is this what you were referring to and can you configure it yourself?

    Hi Stuart 

    But that relates to the logging - My problem is that the load balancer sends the "X-Forwarded-For" header, and the CP needs to check in that header for the in order to get the correct client ip address - otherwise it will still get the our load balancer proxy ip
