Please see attached screenshot of a recent issue we picked up on.
We had a dev customer say they couldn't connect to their account via the OnApp API, they were asked for any debug error information which they didn't provide so when checking the user account it showed as green active and the whitelist was checked and that wasn't restricted so as far a problem soling goes it looked like the account was ok.
After they were updated they tried again and failed, when account was looked at again it was still green active, then clicking the edit drop down showed an additional option to unlock which has now been selected.
I'd suggest that the state should change from active to locked in the main table column and change the colour to orange to make a clear warning that there is an issue to resolve.
