It would be good to not require an IP address range to have to be specified on a network.
At the moment, when building a VM, if no IP range has been assigned to a network the virtual machine failed to build with the error "Virtual server has not been created: Selected IP address no free primary addresses".
Although IPs are needed on some networks for auto-allocating the virtual machine and IP address, this is not always the case. We for example have customers who want to use DHCP (or manually assign themselves the IPs) on a private network/VLAN that has been allocated to their billing plan.
