Currently OnApp effectively forces uses to add themselves to the Whitelist, by giving them a timeout if they refuse.
This results in users pretty much always setting up a whitelist, but having no method to reset it after they change IP addresses. We now frequently have users every week contacting support needing their white lists reset. This is likely to happen when the user needs access to fix a fault.
In Australia dynamic IPs are common, as are the need to access their account from a mobile device / the OnApp app which has an even higher liklihood of dynamic addresses.
An option to allow users to add a new IP to the whitelist via e-mail should be added, optionally users could disable this.
