retry failed backup or failed backup delete

please add functionality to auto retry failed backups and or failed backup deletions rather than the current system of just failing as we frequently have failed backups and we have failed backup deletions when a daily is made and completed and the previous daily is not deleted

  There are three issues here which are all related:

   - A failed backup should not prevent a future scheduled backup from happening
   - A manual retry button
   - An automatic retry option

  +1 to this, the current method of handling backup's, especially failed backup's is not very productive and requires constant human monitoring and intervention.

  We need the ability to implement automatic/manual retries, and OnApp needs to improve the backend handling of backup tasks. One failed or hung task can quickly lead to 10's or 100's of stalled backup tasks.
