Updated cPanel templates to latest cPanel release

Hi Guys,

Since you released your cPanel templates, there have been some major updates to the cPanel software bundle including some major security fixes. 

I realize it is possible for us to create our own templates but for to ensure others out there have secure cpanel software first time, this may be worth throwing to the templates team for review!
