Add a link to the dashboard for "pending" tickets.
AnsweredPlease add a link to:
https://onapp.zendesk.com/requests?filter=pending
So we can see tickets which are not yet resolved or closed, AKA in progress. Trying to locate opened tickets is impossible without knowing this "super-secret" direct link.

You should be able to see any of your open or pending requests by clicking the 'Check your existing requests' link at https://onapp.zendesk.com or directly at:
https://onapp.zendesk.com/requests
Any tickets with a pending status should state "Awaiting your response"
