When will I receive CDN Maintenance Notification?
We have the following policy for CDN maintenance notifications:
(1) 24 hours beforehand, if the maintenance involves short downtime (less than 15 minutes) on API or Backend configuration. This reflects the action (create/update/delete) from the control panel, which can not be performed. However, the CDN delivery is not affected and the website will continue to serve.
(2) 1 week beforehand, if the maintenance involves downtime on CDN delivery. This happens quite rare.
