Why do I have so many pending backup tasks?
A lot of the time this can be resolved by restarting the OnApp services.
This can be done from the UI by going to the Sysadmin Tools page and checking the status of the daemons. You can restart them here as well.
From the command line you can also run service onapp restart.
However, occasionally this will not change your tasks from pending to running.
In this instance you should check on your alerts page to see how many simultaneous backups or running tasks are allowed at once, and then look at your logs page and search "running" to see how many are currently running.
