Transaction is stuck as running on the Control Panel.
OnApp 2.x, 3.x
To do this you will need to ssh to the CP server and run /etc/init.d/onapp restart
Once the restart is complete then you will need to fail the stuck transaction so it can clear the stuck transaction runner to be used again. If you can hover the mouse over the "Running" label and an "x" appears then you can cancel the task by clicking the "x"
Once the task has been failed then new transactions should begin to populate in running status if they were currently set as pending. If you have no pending tasks then you can try the task you just failed to test that everything is now running properly.
If the transactions still will not complete or if they will not start again then please contact support to look into the issue for you.
When a transaction has been seen in "running" status for too long for the connected transaction, then it has most likely gotten stuck and needs to be restarted. To start you will want to restart the OnApp daemon which is in charge of the transactions and keeping them moving.
