Transactions don't seem to be running on the cloud, but the OnApp services are running. What's wrong?
On the left-hand side of the OnApp UI, got to Sysadmin Tools.
If the UI returns pid = 0, then this is how you fix it.
Log into the control server via ssh. Then run the following command
rm -rf /onapp/interface/tmp/pids/onapp_daemon.rb.pid
Then restart the OnApp services in the UI.
The processes should then start running correctly.
